La Canonica di San Vincenti is a family property in the hills of Gaiole in Chianti: a house built in 1014 against the wall of a church, an old olive mill, a working cellar, and the vines and olive groves that surround them. The estate makes its own wine, olive oil and grappa.

San Vincenti sits on the flank of Monte Luco, between the sources of the Ambra and the Ambrella. It is a frazione of Gaiole in Chianti, in the province of Siena — one of the historic communes of Chianti Classico, alongside Radda, Castellina, Greve in Chianti and Castelnuovo Berardenga.
